Referencing
We check affordability, employment, right to rent and previous landlord references.
Deposit protection
Deposits are capped at five weeks' rent and registered with an approved scheme.
Move-in day
You receive an inventory, safety certificates and a single point of contact.
Permitted payments include rent, a refundable holding deposit of up to one week's rent, a refundable tenancy deposit, and default fees where set out in your tenancy agreement.
